1) Pat Thack, have poor spelling, punctuation & grammatical skills.
2) If you can't do any of the required preventative maintenance on your mountain bike, perhaps you should sell it and buy something you CAN do some simple maintenance on.
3) I have stopped by Trailside Cyclery on my regular lunch rides on many occasions. The owner is a very courteous & helpful man.

I have only had EXCELLENT treatment from the Orting Bike Shop...Did you talk to the owner? Maybe it was an employee, rather than the owner...but even if it was the owner not meeting your needs, I think you get more with "honey than you do vinegar" and I am sure he would have liked to hear your concerns personally. Just as you are GRUMPY about this, who knows what the person who waited on you might have been thru that day...maybe finding out WHY rather than feeling "neglected" would benefit all

those 20 bike pumps are for sale,no one want's to buy a used one. you wont even buy a new one.you need to buy an adapter and keep it on your bike so when you get a flat you can fix it your self. don't expect free road side service from that nazi !!
