Part-time Nanny needed

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and creative part-time nanny for our 4-year old and 20-month old on our farm.

Must have good references and reliable transportation, be ok with pets, cloth diapers, positive discipline and going outside in the winter.

15-20 hours per week, plus occasional nights/weekends.
