Notice of Special Council Meeting - Executive Session - 12/14/15

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting is being called for Monday, December 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Public Works Conference Room-City Hall, 110 Train St. SE, Orting, WA. Items to be discussed at the Special City Council meeting include the following: 1) Executive Session to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the public; as authorized by RCW 42.30.110(c) possible action may follow this executive session. The agenda for this meeting will be posted Friday, December 11, 2015 at City Hall and on the City’s website www.cityoforting.org. Posted this 11th day of December, 2015.
