Miles Media Signs Option Agreement With Disney Writer Shea Fontana for Her Screenplay 'Crowning Jules'

SOUTH BEND, IN--(Marketwired - Apr 9, 2015) - Miles Media's president and lead producer, Lucas Miles, recently completed filming "Rodeo Girl," featuring "God's Not Dead" star Kevin Sorbo and young industry up-and-comer, Sophie Bolen, who received Los Angeles' Family Film Festival's sought-after title, Child Actor of the Year award for her work in "The Christmas Bunny."

The film, "Crowning Jules," tells the story of teenage twin sisters, one a beauty pageant hopeful and the other a budding academic, who are pursued by dangerous thieves after they unknowingly come into possession of a stolen heirloom while taking a cross-country road trip to try to rekindle their distant relationship.
Miles Media recently introduced the young twin actresses, Jacqueline and Elizabeth Labadie, who will star as twin sisters Madison and Jules in "Crowning Jules." Lucas Miles adds, "After meeting Jacqueline and Elizabeth on the set of 'Rodeo Girl,' I knew right away that I wanted to cast them in a film. It just came down to finding the right script."

Represented by Hollywood manager, Ray Miller, Jacqueline and Elizabeth Labadie, have worked with Los Angeles acting coach Patrick Malone and also maintain contracts with several notable modeling and talent agencies.

The film is currently entering pre-production, with principal production scheduled to begin in summer of 2015. Miles Media's team also includes producers, Edgar Struble ("The Adventures of Mickey Matson"), and Brian Harrington ("Rodeo Girl"), as well as Los Angeles casting agent, Russell Boast (Fox's "24"). Other names signed to the project include: Miss Indiana 2014, Mekayla Diehl, former pageant titleholder turned nutritional expert, Dr. Ginger, Deezer D.,  known for his role alongside George Clooney on "ER," and Lisa Varga ("Homeland" and "Marley & Me"). Additional cast members are expected to be announced in the days and weeks to follow.
