Interpretive Market to be unveiled May 15 at old McMillin Bridge

Please join State and County officials and the interested public May 15, 2018 at 6pm at the McMillin Bridge Trailhead area (SR162) for the unveiling of interpretive signage outlining the history and significance of the McMillin Bridge and Homer Hadley, the structural engineer who developed the conceptual design of the unique bridge. The structure has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Robert Hadley, grandson of the designer plans to be present and share anecdotes about the senior Hadley.

Parking is limited, please consider bicycling from downtown Orting, ride sharing, or having someone drop you off.
