March 06, 2020
Ronda Litzenberger, Eatonville School Board Representative, announced today that she will run for the State Senate seat being vacated by State Senator Randi Becker.
"My parents taught me the value of hard work, but in today's world hard work alone is not enough to guarantee success. Access to quality education is critical for any community to thrive." "Working in Olympia as a Legislative Representative for the Eatonville School Board and being appointed Chair of the Washington State School Directors Association (WSSDA) Small School Advisory Committee gave me a clear view into the challenges and opportunities of government." "I know the value of passionate curiosity and listening intently to the needs of all stakeholders surrounding an issue. Understanding the needs and priorities of the people I represent drives my work." Retiring State Senator Randi Becker said, "I have carried the people of the 2nd district in my heart for over 40 years; | share their views, values, beliefs and character. I say confidently that Ronda best represents the views, values, and character of the 2nd district and hope you will join me in supporting her!" A native of Eatonville, Ronda has served on the Eatonville School Board for 11 years. Together with her husband of more than 30 years, Ronda has raised 5 children and created a successful small business. For more information, visit www.NeighborsForRonda.com |
