Old Goat Farm is a beautiful display garden with a small specialty nursery. It is a through back to a simpler time. The century old farm house is surrounded by display beds of all kinds to spark the imagination. Animals also abound. There are turkeys, ducks, ... Just last year, over 100 neighbors, youth, families, and community members came together and spent a wonderful summer evening walking together. Community members who have volunteered in the Orting community are invited to attend the 4th annual OSTOP Volunteer Appreciation Banquet. The Orting Food bank will be hosting its annual Spring Dinner/Auction Fundraiser on April 25th at High Cedars Golf Course. This is our largest and most important fundraiser of the year. Orting High School's FCCLA is hosting the Orting Cardinal Community 5K Run/Walk on May 9, 2015! The pre-registration fee is $20 and includes a T-shirt.
